The Air Cargo Pricing Analyst isan integral part of the Americas Air Team, responsible forpreparing and strategicallymanaging the air pricing ofGlobal RFQs in the Americas region, and supporting pricing of Global RFQs from other geographies. The secondary function of this role is tosupportour Americas Air programs and initiatives through project management and development of communication materials.Key ResponsibilitiesCOORDINATE GLOBAL AIR RFQs

Review RFQ documentation includingcontract requirements

Identify opportunities, risks, and challenges

Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI

Communicate with sales, account management, air product,and team members at various levels

Collaborate with team stakeholders to develop a pricing strategy

Manage multiple deadlines at a time

Follow-up on RFQoutcomes

RFQ EXECUTION

Convert customer format using excel formulas

Insert / integrate pricing based on tools and in line with strategy

Communicate with the field and keep pricing team updated on progress

Compilerate responses from branches into pricing templates

Audit responses for accuracy and cohesion

Maintain communication per DRP (Documentation Retention Policy)

GENERAL PRICING SUPPORT

Continuously update RFQ Pricing Tool database

Maintain RFQ tools such as local charges and ATA tariffs as requested

Actively engage in and support Pricing side projects

Maintain RFQ workflow and proactively communicate with account management on upcoming bids

AMERICAS AIR PROGRAM SUPPORT

Manage project timelines, track deliverables, update documentation

Prepare documents and communication materials to support development of regional air programs

Reporting StructureReports to the Manager, Air Cargo Pricing & Program Management – The AmericasKnowledge

Air Cargo knowledge including pricing, air carrier, air routing, and operations (Preferred)

A good understanding of Expeditors’ services

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Close attention to detail while managing large data sets with accuracy and data integrity

Strong analytical skills

Proactive & strong organizational skills

Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend,communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results

Ability to relate to global employees at all levels

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formatting, data modelling, performing complex calculations)

Experience with Microsoft Power BI (a plus)

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects

Fluent in English

Media/communications development skills (not required but good to have)

College graduate or undergraduatein business, supply chain, or related discipline is preferred

2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
