Engineering Manager, Vulnerability Management

At Lacework, we strive to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where people are empowered to do the best work of their careers. Our team members enjoy solving complex problems, big sky thinking, and obsess over getting the details right. We love what we do and are proud of our work to secure clouds and container environments for thousands of users worldwide. The Lacework Vulnerability Management platform enables enterprises to secure their cloud environments by preventing exploitation of software vulnerabilities. In the cloud, traditional security tools can’t keep pace with the ephemeral nature of an environment - hosts and containers are short-lived, and are created and subsequently destroyed frequently and at scale.Vulnerabilities, both known and unknown, are growing with the increased usage of open source software in particular. Without a Vulnerability Management solution, you could have visibility gaps that leave the door open for exploitation and puts enterprise data at risk. At Lacework, our platform supports CISOs to make investment and divestment decisions, domain experts to identify and prioritize remediation, and developers and security engineers to remediate identified vulnerabilities. We’re on a journey to make our Vulnerability Management platform capable of intelligently self-managing a Vulnerability Management program end-to-end - immediately identifying, prioritizing and remediating software vulnerabilities.
