Description We are searching for a diligent and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in our Seattle, Washington office. Serving as the backbone for a team of executive assistants supporting nine executives, this role involves extensive scheduling, document management, event planning, calendar management, and travel coordination. This is a contract role that requires a high level of organizational skills, self-reliance, confidentiality, and professionalism.Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support for a team of executive assistants Manage complex scheduling and calendar management for multiple executives Handle document management duties, ensuring all files are properly stored and easily accessible Plan and coordinate events, managing all logistical details and providing support as needed Coordinate travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries and managing changes as they arise Order, track, and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workplace Foster a positive work environment through proactive communication and professional interactions Adhere to and manage various office functions and procedures Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, to efficiently complete tasks and projects Handle recognition initiatives, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Exceptional skills in Document Management and Office Functions Ability to Schedule Appointments and manage Scheduling effectively Experience with Event Coordination Knowledge of office Procedures and best practices Ability to manage Travel arrangements for executives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
