Description We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team located in SEATTLE, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This role involves working closely with the executive team and requires proficiency in 'Microsoft Excel', 'Microsoft Office Suites', 'Microsoft Outlook', 'Calendar Management', 'Correspondence', 'C-Suite', and 'Documentation'. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments. Handle confidential information; this includes documentation, files, and correspondences. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects. Act as a liaison for the executive team, handling queries, calls and appointments. Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system. Provide support in managing and tracking budget and expenses. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team. Prepare and compile necessary materials for meetings and presentations. Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the office. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Extensive experience in Calendar Management Excellent skills in Correspondence management Strong ability to interact with C-Suite executives Experience in documentation and record keeping Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion High level of professionalism and strong problem solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach and the ability to anticipate executive needs Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
