May work in a discipline-specific area on a large project or on a small project overseeing multiple job functions.

Support construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing the following functions: safety, quality control, project controls and scheduling, engineering interface, subcontracts and materials management, and purchasing.

Assist project management in expediting material deliveries, estimating and processing change orders, preparing monthly billings, and preparing shop drawings.

Qualifications

Ability to travel and relocate to small and large cities as business requires.

Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a construction-related field of engineering

Strong computer skills including editing, formatting and using templates in Microsoft Word, use of Internet for standards/products/manufacturer research, and operation of computer-controlled test equipment. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and night work. Must be available for out-of-town and international travel of up to several weeks.
