Maintenance Technician

We are Hiring Facility Maintenance Technician in Seattle, WA!This would be a Direct Placement offering competitive benefits.Pay rate : $27-33 per hour - depending on shift & experience.Schedule : Monday - Friday (Day shift need to be flexible). Must be available for on-call work afterhours & occasional overtime.Location : Seattle, WAMain responsibilities will include :

Repair and Maintenance : Carry out necessary repairs & maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

Safety Compliance : Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards to maintains a safe environment for all occupant.

Equipment Management : Maintain & repair building equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Emergency Response : Be available for emergency repairs or issues that may arise outside of normal working hours.

Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and ensure their work meets the buildings standards.

Record Keeping : Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work for future reference and budgeting purposes.

Preventive Measures : Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid potential issues and ensure the longevity of the buildings systems and structures.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the building management team to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.

Continual Learning : Willing to train. Stay updated with the latest best practices in building maintenance and apply them as necessary.

Skills & Qualification :

Residential and/or commercial facilities maintenance experience.

General handyman skills, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry work.

Ability to use various hand & power tools.

Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
