The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19+ overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.The Global Selling Product team collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth global selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and principle program manager to focuse on global selling strategic programs to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. This role will be a key person to drive strategic planning, review, and improve Global Seller Experience in partner with global leadership team to drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong communication skills (vorbal and written), planning skills, and proven experience on complex program/project management with cross team work.Key job responsibilities

Acting as the lead Program Manager to guide the org through planned and ad hoc strategic activities and cycles.

Organizing and leading Business Reviews across the orgs of multiple senior leaders.

Captaining major document reviews, including OP1, OP2, QBR, and 3YF, in partnership with product leaders and stakeholders in China.

A key person contribute into strategic discussions. Communicate global seller experience on behalf of global selling team, gain alignment and support from global stakeholders.

Ensuring smooth allocation and management of headcount in accordance with org priorities.

About the teamAGS PMO team manages the products and programs which support the Asia Global Selling business. PMO work closely with AGS business team to identify Seller pain points and business needs to build product ideas. PMO partner with tech teams and global product teams to design product and program solutions and drive key deliverables. PMO also owns the product go-to-market strategy and collaborate with AGS functions including marketing, seller/AM education, PR, PP, etc.Basic Qualifications

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

10+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certificate

MBA

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market.
