Does this sound like you?We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to support and manage Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for our newest product: Indigo. It’s a SaaS-based suite of services that let businesses communicate with their customers over multiple mobile channels like SMS, MMS, RCS, and more. In this role you’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to deliver a holistic and effective GTM. This is a key role that requires the right balance of strategic and creative thinking with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. This is a high visibility role focused on a central part of our growth strategy.

Coordinate the GTM activities and readiness for our products and services.

Support product positioning and messaging.

Partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Marketing, Operations, & Sales to ensure alignment and successful product launch.

Be a strong voice representing the Indigo value proposition and positioning across all conversations and projects.

As a subject matter expert on product positioning, present to audiences at meetings & webinars.

Be an expert in all things competitive and be the go-to source for competitive positioning & battlecards.

Support the OpenMarket Sales team with demos, presentations and product knowledge.

Help to build/develop customer and sales-oriented content for go-to-market activities, e.g. customer decks, playbooks, positioning frameworks, FAQs, etc.

3+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software and services trends, pricing and buying patterns.

Experience partnering across functional teams.

Experience creating go-to-market strategies and driving understanding of key benefits, target customers, and product positioning.

Ability to create a bill of materials and organize a go-to-market strategy.

Experience with competitive analysis and positioning.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions, provide alternatives, collaborate with others, escalate as needed, and have difficult conversations.

You’ve worked in Mobile Messaging, CPaaS, Digital Customer Service, or Digital Marketing.

You’ve worked on enterprise software pricing strategies.

You’ve launched a subscription-based SaaS product.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
