Job Details
Responsibilities:
Understand communication systems construction plans, specifications and shop drawings.
Able to translate construction plans and specifications into work plans for installation and testing.
Interface and coordinate with prime contractors, owners, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders.
Source, review, and package for submittal technical documentation for products and materials.
Provides for sound and timely managerial decisions and control.
Document any delay or changes to scope of work.
Understands and follows MBE/ WBE/ DBE requirements .
Effective verbal and written communication skills .
Assures compliance with Company safety policies and OSHA safety standards .
Multi-tasks and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues .
Support installation crews for communication systems.
Requirements;
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering and/or 4+ years of experience in communications construction
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong communication skills
Proficient with reading and interpreting construction drawings
