Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for our client in Seattle, Washington. This role involves leading the development of a real-time work order tracking dashboard, coordinating resources, and ensuring the project is delivered to the company's quality standards. This position is a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Define the scope, goals, and objectives of the project based on company requirements and team capacity. Plan and coordinate the project, from technical design through implementation. Schedule project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion. Allocate and manage resources in line with project requirements. Track project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, adapting plans if necessary. Coordinate, lead, and motivate project team members. Resolve any potential issues to the project’s success. Ensure the successful deployment of the real-time work order tracking dashboard. Provide end-user training and support. Conduct reviews to measure project success. Ensure the dashboard complies with relevant regulatory standards. Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Government Regulation, Federal Government, Government Agencies & Programs, and Government Audits. Requirements Proven experience in IT project management. Experience with dashboard or BI tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory Familiarity with Government Regulation, Federal Government practices, and Government Agencies & Programs Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external Must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in business, project management, IT, or in a related field. Certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus. We balance care with accountability Job Summary The Assistant Project Manager (APM) delivers on low-medium complexity projects. This role is specific to account onboarding for new employees. The deliverables include processing new hires onto the account, new hire and hiring manager relations and satisfaction, processing of IT assets, new hire account orientation, process documentation and implementation, and ensuring all SLAs are met. A successful candidate can communicate clearly with all parties involved in a project, including key stakeholders, internal customers, team members, vendor partners and coordinate a project team around a common set of goals. This role requires the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction. Must be able to deal with conflict while maintaining professionalism and focus on the project goals. Experience in onboarding, operations, or administrative work is preferred. Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing and managing scope and schedule for each onboard. Provide orientation and onboarding support for new hires on account nationally. Provide transition and offboarding coordination for employees nationally. Coordinate access requests and IT assets prior to new hires account onboarding. Present account orientation. Provide support to new hire for first two weeks of employment. Oversee the administrative processes and ensure accurate project documentation is filed in a timely manner. Facilitate and support cross functional recurring meetings Support team with documentation of process updates, and programmatic roll out of account dashboards, trainings, and initiatives. Provide measurable and timely response to client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Track and manage project issues and resolutions. Represent the company through outstanding project delivery, client service, process improvement and support. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) preferred not required. Minimum four - five years of related experience in project management, real estate and facilities management, project coordination. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and other data management software. Strong verbal and written communication skills; role requires daily communication with client and team members. Requires organization, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills through all projects despite workload. Must be able to inspect design plans and documents for accuracy. Must be able to exchange accurate information at various levels demonstrating the ability to build consensus for decision-making. Physical Requirements Must be able to move within and between client buildings more than 50% of the day. Must be available evenings and weekends depending on project deadlines.
