Harborview’s Low Barrier Clinics include Engage Health – Kent and Engage Health – Federal Way and are both located within homeless day centers. These clinics serve vulnerable homeless patient populations.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

Opportunity to provide career growthPRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide safe and therapeutic care and coordination of services throughout the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Systematically assess the need for and the delivery of nursing services that meet patient care requirements, whether delivered directly or by the other nursing staff.
Patient Care Coordination.
Provide care for individual patients or defined patient populations over the telephone using the nursing process.
Perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical / healthcare errors.
Supervise and coordinate the care given by others to achieve efficient clinic operations.
Assume responsibility for continued professional growth and sharing expertise with other team members.REQUIREMENTS:
Washington State or Multi-State RN license required by start date.
Two years of RN nursing experience and familiar working with people who are homeless.
