Amazon.com is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team in Seattle, WA. This person will need to be a strategically-oriented individual with strong communication skills that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.Qualified candidates will have some benefits experience in addition to prior experience with implementing new strategies and mechanisms for program and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has proven abilities to manage critical projects concurrently and through to successful completion, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a highly dynamic environment. This role calls for an individual who is technically smart to gain credibility with customers and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.The successful candidate: Will design and model new operational processes for developing business needs to prove quality, cost, and scalability goals as critical outputs. Will build strong partnerships with operations leaders to understand improvement opportunities in creating new and improved programs for our emerging operations units.
