Description: Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for driving and executing end to end Global Talent Acquisition processes
  • Create a GTA plan and ensure execution, partnering with a wide range of global stakeholders – including senior business leaders, functional teams (e.g. GTA team, people team, finance, legal), and the Transition Management Office
  • Work closely with the operational recruitment team and recruitment management team and/or RPO provider to translate hiring needs into actionable plans with regular reporting on progress
  • Develop and maintain applicable FAQ’s and be the main point of contact for GTA and People Team related questions from candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Clearly and assertively communicate findings and recommendations from initiatives to management and to the broader organization
  • Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations
  • Support need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations, project reviews and management presentations
  • Work proactively to navigate project through dependencies with other projects - anticipate risks, issues and determine mitigation
  • Actively plan for change management and facilitate decisions and adjust assignments and expectations accordingly

Key requirements:
  • Project management and talent acquisition experience
  • Proven ability to partner with global senior stakeholders and operational recruitment delivery teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, create structure and bring clarity in a fast moving environment

As a Software Verification and Test Engineer II on Lunar Permanence, you will directly support program execution of crewed and uncrewed lunar vehicles. You will review requirements, integrate with stakeholders, create test plans and procedures, and perform activities to verify and validate vehicle flight software.
