We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst on the Distribution Point Master team, you will provide support for a custom system that was developed in Oracle to govern all the order and delivery schedules and item sourcing for Company Owned and Licensed stores in US and Canada. This role will focus heavily on system work, developing solutions to complex problems, communicating intricate system processes and ideas to audiences of varied experience, and maintaining trusted data in a system.Summary of Key Responsibilities

Maintain the health and accuracy of the Distribution Point Master system built in Oracle EBS.

Work cross-functionally on projects, reporting, communication, and training.

Advise on optimal solutions – develops recommendations to problems and coordinates issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain multi-layered timelines that require complex system changes that are done in advance and ‘just in time’.

Communicating complex technical topics around order and delivery schedules and item sourcing to cross-functional teams in an easy-to-understand way.

We’d love to hear from people with:Required Qualifications – Min of 3 years’ experienceTechnical

Advanced SQL knowledge

Experience with Enterprise Oracle Systems and tools

Advanced Excel

Data Science and Analytics tools including automation (Ex: Alteryx)

Python

Smartsheet

System Design and Architecture

Professional

General knowledge of the Retail Landscape including inventory management and retail operations.

Supply Chain operations including working with internal/external 3PL providers.

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.

Curiosity to learn coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
