Job DescriptionTechnical Writer, ProcessThis is an estimated 2 month plus extensions, temporary position, in Seattle, WA and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. Asset updates and bi-annual maintenance process
Application CI update process
Asset disposal process
Server build process
Patching process standard operating procedure (SOP)
The ITSM SharePoint site, update
Successful candidate will need to learn to use our internal tool to help write work instruction level documentation for asset updates and server build process.Experience writing process and work instruction level documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with others
Experience with Office 365 and productivity tools
Experience with SharePoint
