This is a very, very part-time job, but if you’d like to make anywhere from an extra $150-$400 a month working only about a half hour a few days a week then this is the job for you.
I rent out a room in my house through Airbnb and need someone to clean it. It takes 30 minutes or less, and is an easy and quick job.
You do need to be available at 1 o’clock every day, but you will know a minimum of two days in advance which days the room is booked. Occasional days off can be covered by myself or my back up cleaner. Some weeks and sometimes a year will be busier than others.
I pay per cleaning, based on $40 an hour. There will be times that the cleaning will take less than 30 minutes, but it will rarely (if ever) take more.
You must be super reliable. Cleanings have to be completed during the window of time between checkout and the next check-in, so I must be able to depend on you to be on time.
