At Poquitos, located in the heart of Capitol Hill, we aim to serve delicious Mexican cuisine and cocktails. Our bar menu comprises a blend of traditional cocktails, cervezas, margaritas, and an array of contemporary cocktails.
The Bar Manager at Poquitos will oversee all aspects of the bar program under the supervision of the General Manager and Beverage Director. You will help guide quality control, cocktail development, employee development, scheduling, inventory, COGs, and service standards.
What we offer:
Pay ranges from $25-$28 per hour plus tips, depending on experience.
