Driftwood Community Driven from Mountain to Sound
We are a team that cares and functions at the highest level and believes in hospitality. We are looking for a fine dining experienced front of the house team member with a great personality who enjoys engaging with the community.
The ideal management candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in leading a team, a solid knowledge of wines and spirits, and understands the art of hospitality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating a safe and inspiring work environment
Providing outstanding customer service
Maintaining service standards
Managing the floor, reservations, and greeting and seating guests
Admin (FOH weekly supply inventory, scheduling, menu printing)
A willingness to support in all areas of the restaurant, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
A commitment to working 5 days a week is essential.
Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, some holidays.
