Looking for weekend cook for ACES BBQ located inside Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort.

Current shifts: 10-7 FRI,SAT,SUN prep days WED & THURS

Duties: Prepping all entrees, sides and specials, smoking meats, plating, cleaning and opening closing duties.

Ideal candidate would be knowledgeable and confident in all aspects of commercial kitchen, good communication skills, and passion for creating great food! Bonus points if you are self motivated and well versed in all aspects of restaurant, able to manage, and run kitchen efficiently, watching food costs, ordering and inventory. Able to fill a more kitchen managerial or chef role? there is more pay and hours if so.

What is great about this opportunity is that it is not only located on an amazing property, but it's a very mellow environment with emphasis on fun. We do outside events and hope to do more large weddings, b-day, private events even outside catering. So much growth potential as we expand into other properties, and within the company as well.

More responsibilities taken on, the more frequent and better your advancements will come within the company. Resulting in more and more hours.

IF you have ever wanted to be a chef or owner of your own restaurant, we can train you, and get you there.

Starting pay = $20/hr during 30 day trial then can be bumped, this job also has tips specifically for you , as the server gets their own separate.

Current Food Handlers permit required, if MAST certified , added incentive, allowing you to pour beers and serve adult beverages.
