Bits Cafe is a small brunch house in Olympia with a huge following. We are struggling to find kitchen staff in Olympia so branching out! We are located in an old historic building in the west Olympia neighborhood and very busy.
We are looking for someone who wants to run our kitchen and potentially share in the profits for the right fit. This is the ideal position for someone looking for a long term home in a popular kitchen.
We currently operate Fri-Sun from 8a-2p. With prep hours on Thursdays. This is a full time position.
We have a small stable menu and strive to offer 2-4 breakfast/lunch specials per weekend. You can pretty much do whatever you want!
This is for you if you’re looking for a no drama staff, loyal and generous regulars and the number one place in Olympia folks visiting find because of our review ratings.
The industry is changing so quickly and we aren’t trying to reinvent the wheel just show up each week and take really good care of people.
Pay starts at $26/hr with the potential to go up to $28 after trial period and additional share of tips that range from $250-$500/week.
