Manager at Bespoke Cafe - Darrington
Location: 1180 Cascade St, Darrington, WA 98241
Start Date: Full-Time, Tentative Start 10/15/2024
Hours: 40 hours per week (One admin shift on Tuesdays, four regular barista shifts per week)
Compensation:
$20.00/hr during barista shifts, plus 100% shared tips
$23.00/hr during admin shift
Biweekly pay via direct deposit
Standard IRS mileage reimbursement for cafe supply runs
Overtime paid per state law
Performance bonuses available

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and sales associates.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Inventory Management: Track and order coffee, sandwiches, and mountain biking gear.
Sales & Marketing: Develop marketing strategies and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
Product Quality: Uphold high standards for products through regular checks and staff training.
Customer Experience: Create strategies to improve service, handle feedback effectively.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local mountain biking community and organize related events.
