As the Restaurant Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and dining area. Your primary duties will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and developing innovative drink menus. You will also play a key role in marketing and promoting our bar to attract new customers and keep our regulars coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise bar and restaurant staff, including scheduling and training.
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met.
Develop and implement creative drink menus and specials.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
Oversee cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.
Excellent knowledge of bar management and mixology.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
