Must have a valid WDL. DMV report will be required to operate Mobile Kitchens.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages at events, parties, and other gatherings
- Set up and decorate food displays and buffet tables
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Coordinate with event organizers to determine menu options and dietary restrictions
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
- Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or catering industry
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of catering staff
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new catering staff members
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices
- Excellent food handling skills to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to clients and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
