Requirements:
● 7+ years of experience as a Craft Cocktail Bar Manager
● 7+ years of experience as a Craft Cocktail Bartender
● Extensive knowledge of bourbons, gins, tequilas, vodkas, and rums
● Proven ability to create innovative and delicious cocktails
● Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable transportation
● Passion for driving business growth and competing in local bartending competitions
● Ability to design seasonal craft cocktail menus
Responsibilities:
● Developing and implementing bar menu concepts
● Training and mentoring bar staff
● Managing inventory and ordering supplies
● Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
● Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
● Developing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
● Participating in and winning local bartending competitions
● Designing seasonal craft cocktail menus to align with current trends and events
