We are hiring for a Food Truck manager position at our Bellevue - Kirkland location.
Manager ( upto $22 / Hr , up to 40 hours a week)
This position is based in Bellevue and Kirkland.
Its mandatory to have a driving license because you will have to drive the company van from Bellevue to Kirkland and back.
Job Responsibilities:
Must Do
You will be the food truck manager repsonsible for the operations of the food truck. This particular position will either work in the night shift ( 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm ) or day shift ( 10:30 am - 4:30 pm ) including weekend shifts.
You will be well versed in all aspects of the job
- Cashier : Greet the customers and explain the menu to customers and answer their questions.
- Order Management : Take customer orders, manage the Point of Sale systems and cash box and
pass the orders to the assembly line, manage delivery orders from delivery tablets such as Doordash, Grubhub,
Ubereats, etc, take phone calls from customers and convert them to orders.
- Inventory Management : Manage the inventory of food, grocery, packaging.
- Food preparation and handling
Skills and Experiences:
Must haves
Worked as a senior associate in a restaurant or fast food environment for atleast 2 year
Good communication skills in English
Spanish is a plus
Great to have
Experience in a fast-food restaurant like Mcdonalds, subway, chipotle etc.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights
Super punctual to the restaurant and truck
A positive attitude, polite to customers and other employees and a team person.

Compensation and other Job details
- upto $22 DOE
- 6 days annual vacation
- Free food at the food truck
