Duties
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food
production and service management.
Plan and design innovative menus that reflect current
culinary trends and guest preferences.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and
maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain
cleanliness in the kitchen.
Handle time management responsibilities to ensure smooth
operations during peak hours.
