We are a leading property management company specializing in Airbnb rentals in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and Rochester areas. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards for incoming guests. This includes performing same-day cleanings, washing linens, and maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties according to established standards and guidelines for each property
Conduct same-day cleanings to prepare properties for incoming guests
Wash, dry, and fold linens including sheets, towels, and other bedding
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and bathrooms and kitchens are thoroughly cleaned
Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager promptly
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties
Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or vacation rental setting
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Hourly wage: $25.00/hour
