At Just Burgers, we produce everything from sauces to ground beef patties. Our candidates expect to have basic understanding of prepping, cooking, and organizing (Mise en place).
We are very selective and strict on our employment selection process.

We require employees who can work on this following schedule:
Udistrict:
MonSun 5pm Midnight
Fremont:
MonThu: 5pm12am
Wed 10am 2pm
Fri/Sat/Sun: 4pm12am/6pm2am/4pm9pm

We are a cashierless/serverless QSR
Crew Member/Line Cook'sDuties and Responsibilities:
-Basic Preparation: variety of meats, poultry, katsu, vegetables, sauces
-Basic cooking/frying duties
-Basic beverage/shake production
-Basic culinary understanding of portioning, measurement, recipe reading, usage of variety of kitchen equipment
-Basic Expo: order call out and making sure all food orders prepared correctly
-Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
-Organizing/Stocking FOH/BOH
-Understanding of FIFO, food rotation, IQF
-Understanding of Basic food sanitation, TCS control
-Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
-Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
-Opens and/or closes the kitchen by protocol
-Attends all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
-Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
-Fill-in for fellow employees when needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations.
What We Need From You:
1. Be physically able to work 7 hours per day/ able to lift minimum 25 pounds
2. Passed background check
3. Food Handler's permit (active)
4. Resume with reference
5. Legal to work in the US
6. Able to speak, read, and write English

What You Get From Us:
Wage: $17.2518/hr + tips (starting January 2025, wage will start at $20.76/hr). Average Tips range: $6$8/hr depending on AM or PM shifts/Weekdays/Weekends/Season
