Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager who can lead our back-of-house team with passion, precision, and a strong sense of hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps cool under pressure, and can execute consistent quality even on the busiest game days.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

-Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and cleanliness

-Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing, motivated team

-Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste

-Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

-Collaborate with management to develop menu specials and improve operations

-Schedule kitchen staff based on projected business volume and labor goals

-Control food and labor costs with compromising quality or service

-Lead by example during peak hours - jumping in on the line when needed and supporting bar staff

Qualifications:

-3+ years of kitchen management or lead line cook experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sports-bar

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs

-Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and best practices

-Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and team-first mindset

We get very busy on Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, and Seattle Kraken games as well as other big game days, and have a consistent and loyal customer base.
