Circa is looking for a cook to lead the line for dinner service, Mondays-Thursdays. This person works saute and grill, while coordinating tickets with the other line cook. They also execute nightly specials. Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience on saute and grill.
We are a fast-paced, busy restaurant, serving West Seattle for over 26 years. We take pride in our food and need somebody who loves to cook. Must be bilingual, must communicate effectively with FOH and BOH.
