ATRYNA, an innovative online kitchen in Seattle, is hiring a Head Cook / Kitchen Manager to lead our small but growing team. We focus on healthy, modern cuisine including fresh bowls & salads, artisan pizzas, sandwiches & wraps, soups, and natural beverages.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and cook menu items
Supervise and train prep cooks and assistants
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
Assist with inventory and efficient use of ingredients
Requirements:
3–4+ years of experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen
Ability to manage a small team and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of healthy / Mediterranean / American-style foods
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Compensation:
$28 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)
