Petoskey's is looking for a part-time experienced cook to jump in and be a part of our team. We are looking for a self starter who is accountable and reliable. Someone who can watch, learn, and absorb our menu and how we prepare and plate all of our menu items. Someone with wood-fired oven pizza skills would be a huge plus.
We can be very high volume during big sports games and certain nights in general. If you can handle a high volume kitchen and stay calm under pressure, you are who we are looking for.
We need a person who can work late nights and weekends. Preferably someone with their own means of transportation who takes being on time seriously.
