Woodin Creek Kitchen & Tap, a locally owned and operated establishment, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our Kitchen Team. Our culinary program is helmed by Owner/Partner and Executive Chef, Chris Nelson.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage food preparation, including menu execution, inventory control, and supply management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and sanitation regulations.
Lead and train kitchen staff, and manage kitchen operations, including running expo, executing banquets, and catering events.
Develop and build menus and cultivate professional relationships with staff and vendors.
Maintain a positive and respectful social media presence.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in culinary management, menu development, and staff training.
Proven track record in executing banquets and catering events.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and vendors.
Positive and professional social media presence.

Salary: $63,000 to $77,000, dependent on experience
