At CrackleMi, we love having a good time! If you’re a fun, reliable, go-getter, we want to meet you. We are hiring for our Ballard location. Your job will be to build delicious bowls and sandwhiches for our guests! Its a fun combination of a base, a veggie and a protein.
We are hiring for two shifts:
Day Shift 9AM-5PM
Night Shift 4:30PM - 12:30AM Midnight
Starting at $17.50 dollars per hour plus tips ( pooled tip)
We do majority take out and self-served kiosk, sometimes there is not much tip. Therefore,
We guarantee at least $21 minimum rate / hours ( even when it’s slow )
and rate can increase based on experience and capabilities.

Working Environment:
Having fun requires you to be on your feet! You will be standing for the majority of your shift minus breaks.
Work out those muscles: At time you will be required to help carry boxes of food around ranging between 20 - 45 pounds.
