The monorail sushi train delivery system allows diners to order through a touchscreen tablet and have their food zip in front of them directly from the kitchen on a monorail track. Job Description: SUSHI ROLL (MAKI) CHEF
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years working as Maki(roll) chef.
Responsibilities include:
Preparation of ingredients - vegetables, seafood, condiments.
Various sushi rolls preparation - hand rolls, individual pieces.
Cleaning and organization of work areas.
Must be available to work flexible weekdays and weekends schedules.
Must enjoy and be able to do well in a fast paced work environment.
Able to work as a team.
Sushi chef must be able to cut all types of fish.
Both full time and part time positions available.
