Dental Office Manager

Our team is enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate, and committed to the mission of delivering high quality general, specialty, and cosmetic dentistry. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

-Meet with regional manager regularly to discuss daily/weekly/monthly production reports and A/R trends

-Tx plan and present complex cases including full mouth rehabilitation, proper communication of doctor diagnosis, creating value for the patient

-Ensure HIPAA/WISHA compliance is up to date

-Personnel record keeping is current and up to date

-Hiring, on boarding and training new team members

-Ability to delegate to and empower team members

-Schedule, manage and create agenda for interactive team meetings

-Implementation of new and current systems and processes

-Oversee insurance verification and claims management through our 3rd party vendor

-Ability to communicate effectively and have a team oriented attitude

-Patient time management coordination for maximum production

-Fee for Service collection experience

-Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships

Qualifications:

-Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration

-CPR certification

-Must have at least 3 years experience of management in dentistry or equivalent experience in the medical field as a proven leader.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Capable of working independently with a team oriented mindset successfully

-Desire to create a culture of ownership and coaching

-Detail Oriented

-Having a solution based ‘proactive’ approach in any situation
