We are looking for a front office person with dental experience to join our team!
This person should love helping patients and be adaptive to changes in the dental field.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Greet patients
-answer multi-line telephones
-update patient records
-verify insurance benefits
-present treatment plans
-call patients for recare and treatment plans
Must have knowledge of dental terminology, work as a team to provide excellent customer service, exceptionally organized, good phone etiquette, knowledge of patient privacy laws, understanding of dental software, excel, and running reports.
Must be authorized to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or GED.
