Looking for a friendly, organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to help at the front desk.
We are an established dental clinic at Alaska Junction in West Seattle. If you join us, you and two coworkers will be greeting patients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, taking payments, answering calls, responding to messages, and providing a positive experience to our patients. We're seeking your dental experience and specialized knowledge so that you can guide patients through their treatment plans during check-out, and help patients decide whether an appointment is urgently needed, answering (almost) all questions with confidence.
This role requires comfort with computers, scanning documents, data entry, email, etc. Job offers will be contingent on a background check and references check.
We offer competitive compensation starting at $30/hour, with opportunities for career growth and option to cross-train in other roles if interested. Benefits include medical coverage from Premera, an in-house dental benefit, and paid vacation. Many of our staff have been here for over 20 years and are very supportive of those who are new to the field or just new to our clinic.
We are open Tuesday-Thursday 7am-5pm and Fridays 7am-3pm. Leaving at 4pm is an option.
