We are an established office seeking an experienced and talented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic, by expertly coordinating Dr's restorative schedule; preparing treatment estimates for patients; and providing exceptional service to our amazing patients and our awesome team.
Duties
- Manage the restorative schedule to maintain efficiency, productivity, and flow
-Prepare treatment estimates for patients. We work with WDS. The rest is OON or no insurance
-Keep a watchful eye on unscheduled restorative treatment and follow up with patients to book same
-As part of the front office team, graciously receive patients, answer phones, and respond to texts and emails
- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology to educate patients for understanding of procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients to respond to inquiries on recommended treatments
-Please note: this job does not involve responsibility for insurance billing or insurance collections. The focus is truly on effectively maintaining the restorative schedule
Hours
-Mondays to Thursdays; closed most Fridays
-Monday and Tuesday patient hours 8:00 to 5:00
-Wednesday and Thursday patient hours 7:00 to 4:00
Requirements
- Skill and drive for optimal scheduling of dental treatment/restorative appointments
- Prior dental scheduling experience
- Team- player. Professional, compassionate, upbeat and warm demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-have: experience with Dentrix

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
