Busy, multi-disciplinary, chiropractic office looking for help in our rehab & Front Desk department. We utilize FMS/SFMA model to get a baseline on every patient and then create a progressive, goal-oriented rehab plan for each patient to get the most out of their care here. Part of this work is motivating patients to maintain their care plan and making progress.
We have a comprehensive training program for this position and there is a lot of support for you to learn here and progress.
Ideal candidates would possess a background in sports or athletic training. Physical therapy assistants should apply. A history of restaurant work is also a plus.
It would be wise to look up Functional Movement Systems before we speak with you.
Duties would include (but not limited to) the following:
-Functional Movement Screening and rescreening of all patients
-Coordination of care plan and progress with the doctor
-Creative exercise and mobility prescription and monitoring
-Maintaining up to date documentation on all patients
-Keeping in touch with the program participants through technology like email, MailChimp, etc.…
