Full Time SLP- Speech Therapist

Are you a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients? Join our dynamic and supportive team! We are currently seeking an engaging, energetic, and dedicated Full-Time (32 hours) therapist with ideally at least 2-3 years of experience to work with both children and adults across a variety of impairments, although all candidates considered. In-person services will be provided on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Start with a caseload of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours across two outpatient locations in Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo.

- Provide effective therapy for children and adults, focusing on tailoring approaches to meet individual patient needs.

- Build long-term relationships with patients to maximize treatment outcomes.

- Follow established procedures for accurate and timely documentation.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.

- Compliance with clinical affiliation requirements and successful completion of a national exam.

- Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.

- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in the field (all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including clinical fellows).

- Certification in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.

- Familiarity with best practices in high-quality AAC intervention.

- Experience with a diverse age range of patients and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing®️ (LiPS®️) program, or board-certified specialties in areas such as fluency, voice, or swallowing.
