Down to Earth Dental is a thriving private practice with two offices in Tacoma. We are NOT owned by a DSO.
We are seeking an experienced and confident General Dentist to join our NE Tacoma team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 3 days/week with an option to work additional days at our South Tacoma office, if desired. The open schedule would be Monday and Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm and Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm. We do "bread and butter" dentistry, so you should be comfortable with basic restorative, extractions and other general procedures. The team is professional, fun to work with, process-driven and drama-free.
Compensation is 30% of adjusted production plus monthly bonus. Dentists also have the option to work on a sliding scale based on hourly production, with compensation topping out at 38% of adjusted production.
