OBJECTIVE
This position is essential to the smooth flow of patients through the clinic. The position includes handling telephones, greeting patients, and assisting in collection of payments for services, general office work. This person should be a flexible, cooperative and versatile member of the staff and a pleasant part of the entire patient experience at PCLI.

Full Time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Schedule may vary according to patient schedule and clinic needs
REQUIRED SKILLS
General office skills: telephone, filing, 10-key, good keyboarding, comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
Good communication skills - written and spoken.
Good organizational skills, detail oriented
Multi-tasking ability
Pleasant, cooperative disposition
Good driving record with driving record and background check upon job offer
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Acute hearing for telephones
