We are looking for a new member of our team at our physical therapy clinic (The Parkinson's Fitness Project/RunSeattlePT) at our Leschi neighborhood clinic (106 Lakeside Ave, Seattle, WA, 98122). Our office encompasses 2 clinics that are co-owned by a husband/wife combo and we treat a variety of neuro and orthopedic injuries. This role is vital to making everyone feel welcome in our clinic. The Office Administrator is often the first person people talk to on the phone and the first face they see when they enter our clinic. It is a very important role and we would love to find a person with professionalism, positive energy, patience and kindness to help our patients get the care they need. We are a small group of therapists and office staff so this really is a role that is important to us and you will be valued.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patients
- Scanning and document organization
- Taking payments
- Assisting patients with intake paperwork
- Light office cleaning and organizational tasks
- Miscellaneous special projects
Skills/ Work Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare clinic would be wonderful
- Experience with basic Microsoft Word/Excel functions
- Efficiency with email and Google Workspace would be beneficial
