Summary
As an Apartment Porter/Groundkeeper, you will be a vital team member responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of residential properties. With core skills in cleaning, janitorial and custodial experience, and floor care, you will ensure that the buildings and common areas are well-maintained and presentable. Your relevant skills in residential painting, facilities maintenance, and porter experience will be valuable in addressing maintenance issues and enhancing the overall appearance of the property. Qualifications
- Cleaning experience
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
- Residential painting skills a plus
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks and facility upkeep
- Porter experience or similar roles beneficial
- Buffing experience desirable
Upkeep of community grounds
Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment
Perform maintenance of grounds as part of daily routine which includes, trash removal and grounds maintenance
Maintain the buildings and grounds
Perform grounds and parking lot maintenance, landscaping
Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties
Maintain grounds and remove litter
