Job Title: Carpenter and Finish Remodeling Worker
Employment Type: Contract

We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter and Finish Remodeling Worker with experience in full kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and finishing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, repair, and install wooden building framing.
- Perform finish remodeling tasks, including kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures.
- Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications.
- Assist with residential remodeling projects, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, and tile work.
- Layout, install, repair, finish, and maintain various structures, fixtures, and buildings.
- Consult with project managers and architects, following blueprints and designs to successfully remodel buildings.
- Complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for residential construction projects.
- Handle all prep work, including patching, plastering, taping, skimming, sanding, and finishing.
- Carry out all aspects of painting, including spraying, rolling, brushing, and cutting.
- Install kitchen and bathroom fixtures and cabinets.
- Build and set forms for footings, walls, slabs, frames, and finish exterior walls, roofs, and building decks.
- Frame interior walls, build and install stairs, install drywall, crown molding, doors, and cabinets for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Precisely install kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops.
- Extensive experience with exterior roofing, framing and deck/fence building carpentry a plus.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman preferred. Completion of a recognized apprenticeship in carpentry or equivalent experience in the field.
- Active in good standing LNI License, Bonding and general liability insurance required for licensed individuals.
- Minimum of 10-20+ years of experience in finish carpentry/installation.
Skills:
- Hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow blueprints and physical fitness.
- Construction knowledge and experience with innovative deck design and construction.
- Ability to work with carpenters' hand and power tools.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools.
- Able to provide daily progress reporting, including uploading work results and pictures to the team.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
- Must look presentable on the job site and meet attendance requirements.

Compensation is based on approved work order tasks completed, with payouts made twice a month. The compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
