Small company looking to fill Day Porter position in West Seattle and South Lake Union
Duties include daily cleaning of all general cleaning of the facilities and around property, also grounds keeping. Follow through the scope of work and communicate with on-site management for other responsibilities. Pressure washing and painting. Able to read and understand notes given while at work. A background check is required for this position.
Looking for a professional and organized personal with attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and drive a golf cart
Work task are very easy as long as scope of work is followed. Currently a part time position but can become a full time position in the future.
Hours and days
9am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
