Skilled laborer Needed
We're a septic installation, directional drilling and general contracting company looking to hire a skilled laborer with experience in our company's range of work
Must;
Highschool diploma
3+ years background working in construction
1.5 years working septic installation OR directional drilling
Well trained operating an excavator/ trench work and various construction equipment
Knowledgeable and able to read septic system designs
Understands the planning and permitting process
Leadership qualities
References
Able to lift and load equipment, tools, materials etc, therefore no physical limitations such as "bad back" or "bum knee"
21 yrs +
Would Be Helpful;
CDL would be ideal. We need someone that has their CDL! (extra hourly)
Can operate a directional drill
Has team-leader experience
Overall handy-man, problem solver.
Additional training - construction, mechanics, equipment operator

We work Monday - Thursday, (4 10hr shifts) and on the very rare occasion Friday and Saturday. Starting pay is $40 per hour, with higher hourly wage opportunity depending on level of experience, training and qualifications.
Were looking to add a couple of long term qualified guys to our team. This is a great company to work for and we have a low turn over rate because of it.
