Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and the daily appearance of
the community. This includes diagnosing and repairing issues as needed, but just as important is the personal level of
customer service toward our tenants.
Major Responsibilities:
Complete apartment turnovers according to the quality standards set by the Company, and according to the
maintenance schedule created by the Resident Manager.
Perform work orders within 48 hours from notification.
Maintain the grounds of the community as well as common areas and parking areas.
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on the property buildings, tenant spaces, clubhouses and laundry
rooms twice a year.
Special Projects
The technician is also expected to perform maintenance and repairs in the following areas:
o Appliances
o Electrical
o Plumbing
o Painting
o Wall Repair
o HVAC
o Flooring
o Carpentry
o Landscaping
o Pools & Spa
o General maintenance
