Leadership skills with small teams (respectful, hard working and on time)
Knowledge of oyster farming is key, including a variety of farming techniques
Competent boat skills in shallow water with varied conditions, is a plus.
Flexible and reliable (work hours vary with the tides)
Responsible for your own gear (boots, gloves, neoprenes, etc)
